Digital.ai Agility​

Embedded Analytics in Agility Premium Edition​

Embedded Digital.ai intelligence dashboards in Agility bring a whole new level of insight and efficiency to our platform. With these smart, data-driven dashboards seamlessly integrated, users can access real-time insights, predictions, and personalized recommendations that help organizations stay ahead of the curve. The embedded Digital.ai Analytics dashboard is available only for Agility Premium customers. To use this dashboard you must enable a feature toggle in the Agility configuration file.

To access Digital.ai Analytics dashboards, click the hamburger menu Digital.ai Analytics.

Legacy Analytics in Agility​

The existing Agility analytics dashboards can be accessed from the hamburger menu to Reports to Analytics.

Portfolio Planning Updates​

The following enhancements are done as part of the Portfolio Planning Update.

Portfolio Item Child Template Support​

Agility now supports the following actions on portfolio item templates:

  • Generate Portfolio Item - Allows you to generate a portfolio item from the selected template
  • Edit - Allows you to edit the selected portfolio item
  • Add Child Portfolio Item Template - Allows you to add a child portfolio item for the selected portfolio item template. You can also create hierarchical (parent+child+child's child) portfolio items using this option.
  • Add Child Story Template - Allows you to add a child story for the selected portfolio item template.
  • Copy - Allows the user to create a copy of the selected portfolio item template. The users can create child templates from this template and they will be displayed under the respective parent under the Portfolio Item Templates list.

Portfolio Item Splitting​

Agility now allows users to split a partially completed Portfolio item to a new epic. Using the split option you can move the child workitems of an Epic to a new Epic. The old epic contains the workitems(child portfolio items, tests, stories, tasks) that are in closed state and the new epic contains the workitems that are in open state.

Rooms 2 Enhancements​

The following enhancements are done for Rooms 2 as part of Agility 24.1 release.

Storyboard card updates​

The storyboard cards display all the details of the stories that are a part of the sprint or iteration. The storyboard cards contains the following details about a story or defect:

  • Title - Displays the story or defect title
  • Story ID or Defect ID - Displays the story ID or defect ID
  • Tasks - Displays the number of tasks associated with the story or defect.
  • Tests - Displays the number of tests associated with the story or defect.
  • Attachments - Displays the number of attachments associated with the story or defect.
  • Link - Displays the number of links associated with the story or defect.
  • Dependencies - Displays the upstream or downstream dependency for the story or defect.
  • Owners - Displays the owners of the story or defect.

The quick action menu (vertical ellipsis) in the storyboard cards has the following options:

  • View - Displays the story or defect details in a separate grid.
  • Sign me up - Allows the user to sign up for the selected story or defect.
  • Remove me - Allows the user to remove themselves from the story or defect.
  • Quick Close - Closes the story or defect in a single action.

Detail view updates​

The story or defect details page allows you to view and update all the details pertaining to a story or defect. The details view contains two tabs:

  • Details - displays all the details of the selected story or defect.
  • Comments - displays the comments pertaining to the story or defect.

Accessing Details View

To access the details view , click on a story title or defect title in the storyboard cards.

Fixes - Agility​

  • For assets with longer tag names, Agility now displays complete tool tip as a string on mouse hover.

Fixes - Agility Sync​

  • Fixed few Performance Related issues.
  • Fixed Sync issues for HTML fields with attachments disabled.
  • Fixed few polling related issues for Azure and Agility.
  • Made fetch fields timeout for UI configurable.
  • Fixed errors during import using ALMC files.
