Release Summary​

Digital.ai Agility​

Enhancements and bug fixes in Digital.ai Agility

  • A new room experience has been implemented in version 24.0 of Agility.
  • Portfolio Item Kanban Board Improvements
  • Improved Regression Test Assignment
  • Improved Request Grids
  • Added an option to filter by milestone type as part of the roadmap page configuration
  • Removed the PDF option from reports and roadmap pages. Users can use the print option to save it as PDF.

Prerequisites to Upgrade to Agility 24.0​

  • Before upgrading to Agility 24.0, ensure that .NET Framework v4.7.2 is installed on your system. The system displays the following error message if .NET Framework 4.7.2 is not installed.
    • .NET Runtime version : 4.0.30319.0 - This application could not be started. This application requires one of the following versions of the .NET Framework: NETFramework,Version=v4.7.2

Digital.ai Agility​

Rooms 2​

A new room experience has been implemented in version 24.0 of Agility. This is in an experimental state and can be turned on or off as required. Rooms 2 can also be used in conjunction with the current team room experience.

  1. To turn on Rooms2 experience, navigate to Agility Preferences.
  2. Click on Experimental Features tab, and toggle to turn on Rooms2 (If you do not see this tab refresh your screen after an upgrade)
  3. After Toggle, be sure to refresh the page again. A Go to Rooms2 button should appear on the top right corner.

Filter by Milestone Type​

Agility now has an option to filter by milestone type as part of the roadmap page configuration. In the Roadmaps page users can now filter milestones based on milestone type. The milestone type filter can be used in both Timeline view and Board view. The default values for milestone type are:

  • Launch Event
  • Holidays

The milestone types are color coded for easier identification and the milestone type values can be configured as needed from the global list page.

Portfolio Item Kanban Board​

Agility now has an option to filter by Show blocked items in Portfolio Kanban board & Planning Room Kanban board.

Improved Test Assignment​

The Regression Planning page has been enhanced to include Assign Regression Test grid. The grid pops up when a user clicks the Assign Tests option. The grid allows the users to use filters to assign tests and customize the columns.

Improved Request Grids​

The generated portfolio items, stories and defects columns are added as part of the request grid. To view these columns the user must enable them using the customize columns option.

Analytics​

  • Updated the server compatibility messaging when installing analytics on a server higher than 2019.

Fixes - Agility​

  • Performance improvements are done to render the budgets data properly for large amounts of data.
  • Fixed failure to connect to database issue by setting the Encryption option to false.

Fixes - Agility Sync​

  • Sync fails when the users [@mentions] in the comments section does not exist in Azure DevOps.
  • Attachment sync is broken from SFDC to Agility.

Known Issues - Agility Sync​

  • User Sync between Agility and Azure DevOps via missing events is not supported right now.
