Enhancements and bug fixes in Digital.ai Agility

  • Added Team Forecasting page in Agility.
  • Added the capability to navigate to Agility Sync from the Agility sidebar menu, the Admin configuration page is added under Devops section to enable and configure Agility Sync URL.
  • Included team calendar panel for Team rooms.
  • Added the ability for team members to add events to the calendar panel in the team room.
  • Included new group by options for the Portfolio Kanban Board.

Enhancements

  • Move workitem support between Agility and Azure with the same asset type across the projects.
  • Added support for Agility-Backlog Goals.

  • Relationship Support from Jira-Risk to Agility-Issue.

API Rate Limiting​

In today's data driven world more enterprises are taking advantage of Agility's API. As users begin to experiment with the API. There are times when a user who is learning can impact Agility performance. These issues mostly stem from unbounded queries or trying to pull too much data at a time. To ensure Agility users receive the best experience, Digital.ai enforces API rate limiting.

API rate limits apply to instances running 22.3, 23.0, 23.1, and beyond.

Limit of 600 requests and 600 MB data retrieved per 60 seconds.

User Interface​

TeamRoom Forecasting The Team Forecasting page helps product owners understand the difference between planned team capacity and target team capacity. This knowledge of team capacity allows them to plan their work accordingly. In team forecasting, the capacity is calculated using the target velocity of the team. You can use Team Forecasting to:

  • Check at specific time intervals whether the teams are overloaded with work or not.
  • View details of planned capacity versus target team capacity in terms of percentage or points.

Team Calendar The Team Calendar enables team members to view and manage important dates for their team. With this option, you can visualize team schedules and set reminders for important dates, such as holidays, time offs, and other tasks associated with your team. You can track daily or monthly events associated with your team.

The team calendar allows you to perform the following actions:

  • View calendar events of team members spread across multiple teams.
  • Plan team tasks based on the availability of team's resources.
  • Monitor daily and monthly calendar events of team members.
  • Edit or Delete calendar events created by team members.

New Group by Options New group by options for Portfolio Item cards are included for Portfolio Kanban Board and Kanban Board in planning rooms. The three new group by options are:

  • Parent Portfolio Item
  • Target Team
  • Planning Level

Digital.ai Agility Sync​

Configuring Agility Sync in Agility​

Digital.ai Agility now has the capability to configure Agility Sync instance from the sidebar menu. You can configure Agility Sync for your organization by enabling or disabling this option from the Admin menu. If enabled, the Agility Sync option is displayed in Agility sidebar menu.

Prerequisites​

  • You must have the credentials and URL of Agility Sync instance which you want to configure.
  • You must have Administrator Privileges to configure Agility Sync withinAgility.

Fixes - Agility​

  • Published Roadmaps do not display an error when hovering over displayed items.

Fixes - Agility Sync​

  • Display all the field in the project even if the list exceeds more than 50.
  • Mandatory User field, takes the default value if the user does not exist in the destination system.
  • Re-factored Cloud watch Logging mechanism (Hosted customers).
  • AllState_Display of fields like source and retrospective for Agility.
