Portfolio Items

Ability to use any date as the Interval Start date field in the Roadmap view

In the Interval Configuration section of the Roadmap configuration screen, the Week Start/Month Start/Quarter Start/Year Start date can now be set to a future date. This allows you to create Roadmaps starting from any date of your choice.

Ability to hide empty rows in the Roadmap view.

This toggle allows you to show or hide all empty rows in the Roadmap view.

Ability to link portfolio items to milestones

This ability allows you to plan for completion of all portfolio items needed to achieve a Milestone.

Team Room changes

Added estimate points to the card of the Sprint/Iteration Planning board

When you are planning your work and moving across sprints or iterations, you can now see the Estimate points of each item in the card without having to open the .

Ability to view the workitem count for each sprint or iteration in the Sprint/Iteration Planning board

You can now view the number of workitems planned for a sprint or iteration in the Sprint/Iteration Planning Board. If you have not added Planned Estimates to the in the board, you can use this option to view the workitems planned for the or . To enable this option, click the wrench icon check the Show Workitems Count option, and click Save.

Ability to rank workitems in the Backlog panel of a TeamRoom by dragging and dropping them

You can now change the ranking of workitems in the Backlog panel without leaving the TeamRoom. To do this, simply drag and drop the workitem to the desired position.

Ability to use the @ mention feature in the Conversations text area

You no longer have to explicitly mention a user or a workitem in the Mentions section at the bottom of a conversation. You can now mention a user or a workitem in the text area of a conversation and it will be automatically added to the @mention section.

Performance Updates

There have been several performance updates recently. These changes were made available in point releases as they were completed. Below is a recap of those changes.

  • Enhanced Conversations feature for faster email notifications
  • Improved Activity Stream change calculations for new assets

Other Enhancements and Updates

Digital.ai Agility

Here is a list of items included in this release which were completed since the Version 22.0 release. Most, if not all, of these items were available in previous point releases.

Enhancements

  • New panels added to the list of available panels in a Teamroom.
    • Member Planning
    • Member Capacity
    • Dependency Board ()
  • Ability to copy Tests and/or Tasks from one backlog item to another.
  • Added filters to Sprint/Iteration Planning board in TeamRooms that can be used to filter Backlog Items.
  • The initial Estimate Points entered at the time of creating an asset will now be used to populate the Planned Estimate Points, if the Planned Estimate Points is empty.
  • Added the "Backlog Group" filter option to the Portfolio tree and Product Backlog pages.

Fixed

  • Fixed issue that caused unpublished custom fields to be published automatically. Such custom fields will now remain in their current state until the user chooses to publish them.
  • Fixed issue with lookup text containing hyphen ("string1 -string2") being converted to lookup text containing wildcard operator ("string1 AND NOT string2").
  • When a child project is promoted to its own workspace, all important fields and soft requirements are now inherited from the parent project and will exist independent of the parent project.
  • PlanningRoom Scorecard now considers the Strategic Themes configured for the PlanningRoom. The Scorecard now only considers tracked epics based on the selected Strategic Themes to calculate Swag and Total values.
    • Total Swag: The total amount of SWAG for all tracked open and closed portfolio items.
    • Total value: The total amount of Business value for all tracked open and closed portfolio items.
  • Required field indicators are now visible inside the rich-text box of an asset field.
  • Required fields will no longer allow blank or NULL values during inline editing.
  • The "Unassigned" value will not be visible in the system-defined, custom multi-select fields.
  • Added missing scroll bar to the Dependency board in .
  • Fixed issues that allowed duplicate tags to be assigned to an asset.
  • The Default Product Owner in TeamRooms now allows searching for users using their first name, last name, or full name.
