This section outlines the supported versions, support policies, and compatibility information for Digital.ai Agility.

Support Policy​

Digital.ai Agility supports the current major release and the two immediately preceding major releases. For example, if 26.0 is the current release, versions 25.3 and 25.2 are also supported.

Release Cycle​

  • Major Release: Quarterly seasonal release identified by version number (e.g., 25.0, 25.1, 25.2, 25.3)
    • xx.0 release: Winter release (January), starts the annual cycle
    • xx.1 release: Spring release (April)
    • xx.2 release: Summer release (July)
    • xx.3 release: Fall release (October)
  • Minor Release (Point Release): Updates released every two weeks (e.g., 25.3.5, 25.3.7); schedule can be affected by testing cycles, holidays, or emergency releases

Version 26.0.x​

Release Summary: The Winter 2026 release enhances collaboration and planning capabilities with improved project workspace navigation, AI-powered release documentation, and expanded portfolio planning tools. This release focuses on streamlining team workflows and enabling better visibility across portfolio initiatives.

Deployment Overview:

  • Hosted (SaaS): Automatic batch updates occur on Saturdays during weeks when a point release is deployed
  • Self-Hosted: Upgrade as soon as the update is available

Version 25.3.x​

Release Summary: The Fall 2025 release introduces enhanced release planning capabilities and improved team collaboration tools. This release empowers teams with better sprint management, real-time visibility into work aging, and strengthened portfolio-to-requirement traceability.

Version 25.2.x​

Release Summary: The Summer 2025 release advances team room experiences and portfolio management capabilities. This release delivers improved administrative controls, enhanced user workflows with AI assistance, and better portfolio visibility to support efficient backlog management and decision-making.

End of Life Announcements​

Versions 24.3.x and Earlier​

End of Support Date: July 26, 2025

Versions 24.3.x and all earlier versions have reached or are approaching End of Life. Customers running these versions should upgrade to a supported version immediately to continue receiving:

  • Security updates
  • Bug fixes
  • Technical support
  • Access to new features and enhancements

Migration Path: Customers on version 24.3.x or earlier can upgrade directly to the latest supported version (26.0.x, 25.3.x, or 25.2.x). Contact Digital.ai Support for detailed migration assistance.

Limited Support: For Agility instances that are no longer in a supported state, Digital.ai provides limited support until the issue can only be resolved through an upgrade. If you are running an unsupported release and require assistance, submit a ticket through the Support Portal.

Upgrade Recommendations​

  • Current Version 26.0.x, 25.3.x, or 25.2.x: You are on a supported version. Continue updating with each point release:
    • Hosted (SaaS): Updates applied automatically during Saturday batch updates
    • Self-Hosted: Download and apply point releases as soon as available
  • Current Version 25.1.x or older: Your version is outside the support window or has reached End of Life. Upgrade to a supported version immediately to maintain security and support.
