The Incident Analysis dataset helps you analyze the incidents that occurred within a system or organization. Incident state | Current state of the Incident |
Lagging 30 days period flag | Flag to indicate if an event or count has occurred in the past 30 days |
Lagging count of days | Count of number of days since the first data record till current day |
Lagging count of months | Count of number of months since the first data record till the current month |
Lagging count of weeks | Count of number of weeks since the first data record till the current week |
Opened datetime | The creation date and time of the incident |
Organization | Name of the structured group of people with a common goal or purpose |
Resolved datetime | The completion date and time of the incident |
Team | Name of the group consisting of individuals who work together collaboratively to achieve a shared goal or task |

Open to resolved duration | The number of Incidents with the Incident status - Resolved as on a specific time period |
