DORA Incident Analysis

The Incident Analysis dataset helps you analyze the incidents that occurred within a system or organization. This dataset provides valuable insights into incident management, helping you track, analyze, and improve their response to incidents, ultimately providing user satisfaction. Using this dataset helps you gain insights into business scenarios such as:

Lagging 30 days period flagFlag to indicate if an event or count has occurred in the past 30 days
Lagging count of daysCount of number of days since the first data record till current day
Lagging count of monthsCount of number of months since the first data record till the current month
Lagging count of weeksCount of number of weeks since the first data record till the current week
Opened datetimeThe creation date and time of the incident
OrganizationName of the structured group of people with a common goal or purpose
Resolved datetimeThe completion date and time of the incident
TeamName of the group consisting of individuals who work together collaboratively to achieve a shared goal or task
