Workflows are step-by-step interactive sessions designed to accelerate developers’ familiarity with internal tools and streamline the onboarding of applications and environments. The Workflow Details dataset provides an overview of the workflow execution and helps you gain valuable insights using which teams can make data-driven decisions to optimize their processes, increase productivity, and reduce errors.
This dashboard will help you answer some of the following business scenarios:
- What is the percentage of successful and failed workflow executions?
- What is the adoption rate and average execution time of workflows?
Attributes

| Completed date | Date and time when the Workflow was last closed, or was set to 'Closed' status |
| Folder | Name of the Folders within which Releases are Organized |
| Lagging count of 30 days period | Count of the number of days in a 30-day period since the first data record to the present |
| Lagging count of start days | Count of the number of days since the first data record from the start day to the present |
| Start Date | Date and time on which the workflow execution was kicked off |
| Status | Current status of the workflow |
| User | Individuals running the workflows |
| Workflow | Workflows are a combination of tasks that can be carried out interactively |
| Workflow completed month | Date and time when the Workflow was closed |
| Workflow completed week | Specific week during which a workflow process is fully completed |
| Workflow ID | Unique identifier for the workflow |
| Workflow Start Month | Specific month during which a workflow process is initiated |
| Workflow Start Week | Specific week during which a workflow process is initiated |
| Workflow Licensed Users | Count of individuals who are authorized to use the workflow |

| No of Distinct Users | Count of unique individuals who execute workflows |
| Percent to Total (Executions) | Percentage of completed execution as compared to the total number of executions |
| Successful Executions | The number of times the task is successful |
| Successful Executions (%) | Percentage of workflows that are successful, out of total workflows created |
| Usage Difference | The change in the number of executions between the last 30 days and the previous 30 days |
