Permission Snapshot Report Settings
Now, you have configurations to capture the snapshot data on permission changes that are created for the Audit reports.
Note: After upgrading to version 24.1, Release will not capture the permission snapshot changes by default. These changes are used to fill the Permissions tab in the release audit report. If you need information about this setup in your environment, select the System settings > Reports > Audit report > Record historical changes in folder and global permissions checkbox to capture permission changes. Enabling the functionality will negatively impact the the performance of audit report generation and can lead to significant increase in database size.
To modify this setting, go to System settings > Reports > Permission snapshot report settings section. By default, the Enable capturing snapshot data on permission changes (for Audit report) checkbox is cleared. For more information, see Report settings.
