Creating a New Regression Plan

This article explains how to create a new Regression Plain in Agility.

Overview​

You can create regression plans to define coordinated sets of testing activities to ensure that existing functionality works as designed. Note that a regression plan can contain multiple regression suites.

Steps​

  1. Click the hamburger menu Hamburger icon > Release > Regression Planning.
  2. Click New Plan... to open the Regression Plan window.
  3. Enter a title and provide a description for the plan.
  4. Assign your plan to a project using the Project drop-down.
  5. Optionally, you can assign an Owner and include Reference data.
  6. Click Save. The system adds your new regression plan to the list of plan types on the left, and assigns it a unique ID (RP-nnnnn).
