On devices which are version 4 and lower, to enable " USB Debugging", click Settings → Applications → Development, then enable USB debugging.

On devices, which are version 4.2 and higher, to enable "USB Debugging"

1. Click Settings > About Phone.

2. Click Build number > 7 times.

3. Click Settings > Developer Options > USB Debugging.

4. Click OK when the Allow USB debugging pop-up shows up, after connecting the USB cable.
