Planning Level Overview Details
The Planning Level Overview Details dataset provides comprehensive insights into planning levels, supporting the creation of the Planning Level Overview dashboard. This dataset includes key attributes such as planning level start and end dates, parent portfolio items, associated teams, and work items. It captures essential details like planning level URLs for quick access, the status and type of work items, and lapsed durations to monitor timelines effectively. By linking planning levels with portfolio items and their respective hierarchies, this dataset offers a structured view of planning data, enabling users to analyze, track, and manage planning levels seamlessly for enhanced decision-making and operational efficiency.
The data is filtered to include records where either both audit end values in the work item super hierarchy and scope parent hierarchy are null, or the date difference (in months) between the adjusted end date and the data freshness date is within the specified month range.
