Work Item in Status

The work item in status dataset is a comprehensive collection of data that captures the status and progress of individual work items within a project, team, or organization. This dataset provides insights into the lifecycle of work items, including their creation, assignment, execution, and completion, allowing stakeholders to monitor and manage project activities effectively.

In the parent portfolio item hierarchy, the topmost parent portfolio item must have been closed within the last 13 months. Any top portfolio item closed beyond the entitlement period will be excluded.
The dataset is filtered to show data for the last 0-12 months based on the work item closed date. This ensures that only records with a closed date within the past year are included for analysis.

Last refresh date	Date of the most recent update or refresh of data in a dataset. It is in date format.
Status duration bucket	Duration of the work items in a specific status within a planning level.
Story points	Story points assigned to the work item
Sys_source	Unique identifier for the source
Work item backlog group	Backlog group of the work item
Work item closed by	Person who closed the work item
Work item created by	Person who created the work item
Work item created date	Date on which the work item is created
Work item iteration	Iteration of the work item
Work item planning level	Planning level of the work item
Work item portfolio item	Portfolio item of the work item
Work item source url	URL of the work item
Work item state	Current state of the work item
Work item status	Current status of the work item
Work item team	Team of the work item
Work item title	Title of the work item
