Backlog Item Responsiveness

The Backlog item responsiveness dataset contains information related to the responsiveness of backlog items within a planning level. Responsiveness refers to the time it takes for backlog items to be addressed or acted upon after they have been identified or raised. This dataset helps project managers, Scrum Masters, and other stakeholders assess the efficiency and effectiveness of backlog management processes. Using this metric, teams can identify areas for improvement, optimize workflow, and ensure timely delivery of backlog items.

note

In the parent portfolio item hierarchy, the topmost parent portfolio item must have been closed within the last 13 months. Any top portfolio item closed beyond the entitlement period will be excluded.
