Troubleshooting For Browser Studio

This section outlines solutions for common problems encountered while using the Browser Studio.

Browser Studio Sessions Not Opening

If you are unable to open a Browser Studio session and see a popup that says “Could not launch browser via websocket“, we recommend restarting the Selenium Agent.

On-Premises

Network Tunneling is not working

If the Network Tunneling session is not connecting, it may be due to proxy. In this case, you need to start the Network Tunneling session with the appropriate proxy parameters defined.
