Each project can have a number of different test scripts. The scripts are created by using a set of commands available in SeeTestAutomation such as Click, VerifyElementFound etc. 
Once the script is ready, you can play, debug and see a report - all inside SeeTestAutomation. However, once you are satisfied with the test, it is recommended to export the test (using SeeTestAutomation's "Export the code" functionality) into your regular testing framework - such as JUnit, UFT
