Mobile Studio - Report a Problem

If you are experiencing an issue working with devices in Manual Testing, you can contact your Digital Lab administrator and report the issue.

To report an issue:

  1. In the Tools menu click Report a Problem.

  2. Type the problem to report.

  3. Click Send.

This sends an email to the support email configured by Cloud administrator with the details of the reported problem.

If the cloud administrator has not configured the cloud email and support email this button does not appear.
