Edit the Affiliated Organization Administrator Invitation

When you add an affiliated organization Add an-Affiliated Organization, Digital.ai App Management creates a user with the "Administrator" role for the organization and emails an invitation message to that administrator. The invitation message includes instructions for setting the administrator's password and logging in to the Admin Portal.

On the Settings page, you can edit the content of the invitation message to incorporate custom information. For example, you may want to add the phone number of your company's help desk.

The default message includes several substitution strings (variables), which Digital.ai App Management replaces with correct values for the invitation recipient.

To edit the affiliated organization administrator's invitation message

  1. On the Admin Portal navigation bar, click Settings.

  2. Click Email Templates.

  3. Under Affiliated Organization Administrator Invitation, click Edit.

  4. In the Subject field, edit the text that displays as the subject line of the message.

  5. In the Message body field, edit the HTML markup for the body of the message. Be sure to retain information about the administrator's user account (Organization name and User ID), the link for setting the administrator's password, and the link to the Admin Portal.

  6. Click OK to save your changes. To revert to the default message, click Revert to Default Message.

Substitution Strings

The following table lists the substitution strings that you can use in the invitation message. For example, [%First%] is replaced with the first name of the affiliated organization's administrator and [%Organization%] is replaced with the name of the parent organization.

[%Last%]Last name of the affiliated organization administrator to whom the invitation will be sent.
[%UserID%]User ID of the affiliated organization administrator to whom the invitation will be sent. The administrator will use this ID to log in to Digital.ai App Management.
[%AdminUserFirst%]First name of the parent organization administrator who creates the affiliated organization.
[%AdminUserLast%]Last name of the parent organization administrator who creates the affiliated organization.
[%AdminUserEmail%]Email address of the parent organization administrator who creates the affiliated organization.
[%Organization%]Name of the parent organization.
[%AffiliatedOrganization%]Name of the affiliated organization.
[%OrganizationSupportEmail%]The support email address associated with the parent organization. To check what is specified for this email address, go to Settings > Support Email.
[%ConfirmLink%]URL that the affiliated organization administrator must visit to set his/her Digital.ai App Management password.
[%URLApperianOTA%]URL of the App Catalog for the affiliated organization.
[%EmailAddress%]Email address of the affiliated organization administrator. This is the address to which the email will be sent.
