Can I update an existing backlog using the import feature?

Question​

There are many backlogs in the system with existing data that I would like to update using by using the import feature. How can I do this?

Answer​

Currently, Digital.ai Agility does not have the ability to update the details of existing items using the import feature. You can, however, use the API or SDK to make these types of updates. It requires creating queries that you can run from the browser.
