Tracking Impediments with Issues

This article explains how to track impediments with issues in Agility.

Overview

You can use the Issues page to track any impediments that are slowing down or blocking progress through a story, defect, portfolio item, or test set. In many cases, the impediments are just little annoyances that are easily forgotten or end up lost on whiteboards or sticky notes. With just a little bit of attention, most can be quickly resolved so the team can continue. In other cases, however, issues may be ticking time bombs that, if left unresolved, can end up having a huge impact on the team or project.
