How to Select Markers or Locations on a Map

There are several ways to select markers or locations on a map.

1. Select a map visualization that displays markers or areas.
2. To select an individual marker or location, click on the marker or location.
3. To select multiple markers or locations within a rectangle, click Rectangular selection tool in the map toolbar. Then, click and drag a rectangular lasso around several markers or locations.
4. To select multiple markers or locations within a radial distance, click Circular selection tool in the map toolbar. Then, click and drag out from a central location. As you drag, a tooltip updates the radial distance, along with the latitude and longitude position of your cursor.
5. To select multiple markers or locations in a custom shape, click Freeform selection tool in the map toolbar. Then, click and drag a custom shape around several markers or locations.
