How to Create a Metric Qualification for an Advanced Filter

Metric qualifications allow you to filter data based on the value of a metric.

Note: Choose to display data only for employees whose tenure is longer than ten years.

To Create a Metric Qualification

1. Open the New Qualification dialog.
2. In the Based On drop-down, select the metric to base the qualification on.
3. To evaluate the qualification at the level of the grid or graph, select Visualization Level from the Output Level drop-down. This is the default setting.
4. Select a comparison operator (that is, Greater Than, Less Than, etc.).
5. Enter a specific value to compare the metric to in Value.
   or
   Select the metric to compare from the Metric drop-down.
6. Click OK.
7. Click Save.
