Resend an Invitation or App Catalog Link
You can resend one of the following messages to your users:
- Invitation: This is the initial email that the user receives after being added to the system. It provides instructions for setting the user's password and installing the App Catalog to the user's mobile device. You may want to resend this invitation if the status of the user's account is "Invited." An "Invited" status indicates that the user received the invitation but has not yet enabled the account. For instructions on checking the status of a user's account, see View User Details.
- App Catalog Download Link: This message provides just the link to install the App Catalog. You can send this message as an email message or an SMS text message.
You can send the invitation or App Catalog download link via email only when there is an email address associated with the user's account.
Resend an Invitation
To resend an Invitation to a user
- On the Admin Portal navigation bar, click Users.
- Click the View link next to the user's name.
- Click Resend Invite to send the initial Invitation message to the user.
Send an App Catalog Download Link
To send an App Catalog Download Link to a user

On the Admin Portal navigation bar, click Users.

Click the View link next to the user's name.

In the Send App Catalog Download Link box, click Email Address or SMS Text Message to choose the type of message you want the system to send.

If you clicked SMS Text Message:
a. Specify the phone number and mobile carrier for the user's device to which you want to send the message. The number defaults to the number specified in the Phone field of the user's profile. The default mobile carrier and list of carriers may vary depending on your production environment.
b. Click Send.
