ALM Connect - Creating Users

ALM Connect requires a user in the systems being integrated.

Integration Users

ALM Connect requires a user in the systems being integrated. If connecting Jira to VersionOne then a user will need to be created in both systems as an example. When creating a user the following apply:

Ensure no one actually uses the account, if this occurs those changes will not sync.
Ensure the user has the proper rights for creating and editing assets.
Ensure the user has the proper rights to the projects that need to sync.
