Promoting an Application from Personal to Public

Only administrators can promote a personal application to public application. Doing so makes the application available to all users. Note that public applications cannot be demoted to "private" applications.

To manage applications, your Admin Privileges role must be set to "Sys Admin".

Steps

1. Click the hamburger menu > Admin > Configuration > Applications.
2. In the Applications page, for the application you want to promote to public, click Promote from the Edit drop-down list.
3. Click Promote when prompted.
