Marking a Message as Read or Unread in My Inbox

This article explains how to mark a message as read in My Inbox.

Overview​

Follow these steps to indicate if a message has been read or unread on the My Inbox page.

Steps​

  1. Click the hamburger icon Hamburger icon > Rooms >** My Rooms** > My Inbox.
  2. Select each message, and then select Mark as Read or Mark as Unread from the action menu.
