Editing a Budget
This article explains how to edit the Budget in Agility.
Use the Budgets feature to define budget limits using which your Development organization can better understand and track development efforts against these targets. After you have created and defined a budget, you can always modify it based on your requirements.
- Click the hamburger icon
> Portfolio>Budgets. - Click View to view the budget you want to modify.
- Click Edit.
- In the Edit Budget dialog box, modify the required budget details.
- Click Save.
The allocation method (Project vs. Strategic Theme) and the units used for the budget cannot be changed after the budget has been created. If either of these is incorrect in a budget, you can delete the budget and create a new one.
