Enhancements and bug fixes in Digital.ai Agility.

At 12 am EDT on 3rd April, Agility and Agility Connect documentation will move to a new portal Documentation site Digital.ai and all context-sensitive help links from within Agility will automatically redirect to the new portal. All https://community.versionone.com/ URLs related to currently supported releases will also redirect to the new portal. Added filters to Sprint/Iteration Planning board in TeamRooms that can be used to filter Backlog Items.

Fixed issue that caused unpublished custom fields to be published automatically. Such custom fields will now remain in their current state until the user chooses to publish them.
When a child project is promoted to its own workspace, all important fields and soft requirements are now inherited from the parent project and will exist independent of the parent project.
PlanningRoom Scorecard now considers the Strategic Themes configured for the PlanningRoom. The Scorecard now only considers tracked epics based on the selected Strategic Themes to calculate Swag and Total values.
- Total Swag: The total amount of SWAG for all tracked open and closed portfolio items.
- Total value: The total amount of Business value for all tracked open and closed portfolio items.
Fixed issues with Storyboard content when a group-by attribute is added and then removed.
