Overview

Enhancements and bug fixes in

Added a refresh button to the Iteration/ Sprint Planning board.
In the Iteration/ Sprint Planning board, the Planned and Target points row is frozen along with the header row so that the user can see points while scrolling down the board.
Added "Tag" and "More Filters" filter options to the Teams page for better filtering.
Added the ability for Roadmap Configuration Group by and Roadmap filter to now only include rows that match filter.

Fixed issue in the workitem Relationships tab where saving visualization or relationship preferences resulted in related portfolio items not being displayed.
Fixed issue with the alignment of the experimental Standup tool.
Fixed localization issue that caused incorrect asset names to be displayed.
Fixed issue with the "Hide Empty Rows" option in the Roadmap Board view.
When creating a new portfolio item from another portfolio item using the "Create From" option, the Owner field retained the original owner information even after a new owner was assigned. This is now fixed and the new portfolio item will only retain information about the new owner.
