Customizing Dashboards

Out of the box dashboards are indicated by the Digital.ai tag directly below the dashboard name. Customers cannot edit or remove these pre-configured dashboards, but can duplicate them for use as a template.

In cases where customization is performed for a customer, the name of the individual who customized it will appear on the dashboard. Additionally, in a customized dashboard scenario, users have the capability to edit, publish, and duplicate the dashboard.

Creating a New Category Label

The Categories feature enables users to tag their dashboards with custom categories. You can then search for or filter dashboards using these categories. While there is no limit to the number of categories that can be created, it is recommended to maintain around 10 categories for optimal organization and usability.

To create a new category

Click Edit on the ellipsis action(3 dots) provided on the dashboard. Click dropdown option. Insert the required category label you want to create. Click Enter a label to create new category. The new category label will be saved. Click Continue.
