This article explains the setup required for the hosted email configuration.

Requirements:

The From Email field must be populated with the domain from which the hosted instance is served. In the example below, ctm.v1host.com is required for emails to transmit properly. The From Name field is helpful to reduce suspicion of spam or other unwanted emails.
