Prerequisites for Agility - ServiceNow integration

  • Digital.aiAgility Sync supports integration of Digital.ai Agility 20.3 or later with ServiceNow Orlando, Paris, and later.
  • Agility Sync supports MongoDB versions 3.6.x and 4.0.x.
  • Integrating Digital.ai Agility with another tool involves creating the asset mapping between the tools and saving the mapping. For example, you can create a mapping to have the Stories asset always synchronized between Digital.ai Agility and ServiceNow.
  • We support syncing Incidents, Catalog tasks, custom asset with type tasks and project entities (Epics, Stories, and Defects) with the Digital.ai Agility work items.
