Digital.ai Release Product Support Matrix

This page provides details of the supported versions, support policy, and compatibility information for Digital.ai Release.

Support Policy

Product versions are supported for 15 months following their release, with an additional three months after the end of that period available to ask questions of support.

A major release for Release refers to the bi-annual release number (for example, 25.1, 25.3), and a minor release or point release refers to updates within a major version (for example, 25.3.1, 25.3.2).

We strongly recommend that:

  • You do not upgrade to any product version that is no longer supported, as it may have issues that are resolved in later versions.
  • You upgrade to a supported version before the support period of your current version expires so you maintain continuity of support.

Critical Fix Update Packs

Critical fix update packs are released to combine bug fixes, security fixes, and performance improvement updates. Support for a critical fix update pack ends when support for its corresponding product version ends.

Hotfixes

Hotfixes may be provided for supported product versions in high-impact cases when the product is not usable due to bugs or performance issues severely impacting business operations. Hotfixes have the same level of support as critical fix update packs.

For more information, see Digital.ai Support Policy.
