Release SaaS Trial - Overview
Experience Digital.ai Release in the cloud — no installation, setup, or infrastructure required. This SaaS trial gives you access to our enterprise-grade release orchestration platform in a secure, hosted environment. Explore built-in integrations, preconfigured templates, and intuitive pipelines to automate and manage your software delivery — all within minutes of signing up.
Getting Started
- Go to the Digital.ai Release Trial Page.
- Fill out the required information using a valid business email address.
- Accept the Privacy Policy.
- Click Register Now to begin your trial request.
Once submitted, we’ll automatically set up your trial environment. After submitting the form, we will automatically set up your trial environemnt. You will receive an email containing your username and the link to Start Onboarding.
Provisioning typically completes within a few minutes.
Trial Environment & Features

- Your username is the same as the email used for registration.
- You create your own password when you activate your account through the Digital.ai Platform.
- A dedicated folder is created for your tenant, where you can manage templates and releases.

Platform Management
In Release SaaS Trial, user identity and access are managed through the Digital.ai Platform:

User provisioning - Trial onboarding validates submitted information and creates a Platform trial user with a 30-day expiration.

Username handling - The username is same as the email address used during trial registration.

Account activation - You activate your account from the Platform email ("Update your Digital.ai user account") and set your password there.

Password policy - Passwords are not sent by email; password setup and changes are handled via Digital.ai Platform.
Usage & Restrictions
- Trial access is valid for 30 days from the onboarding date
- After 30 days, the trial is automatically deactivated
- All user and tenant data is permanently deleted after 60 days
- Trial environments allow one user per tenant
- Users cannot create or manage additional user accounts
- Task assignment and cross-user access are not supported

Notifications & Support
Trial users will receive the following emails:
- Welcome to Digital.ai - Activate your account — upon successful registration
- Update your Digital.ai user account - link to set up your password
- Trial information email — username (same as registered email), Release SaaS URL, and trial details
- A reminder 5 days before trial expiration
- A notification when trial access is disabled
If you haven't received your activation email within 15 minutes:
- Check your Spam or Junk folder.
- Ensure you used a valid business email during registration.
Support is provided on a best-effort basis via email. Real-time or on-call support is not available.
