With these insights, you can gauge the current standing of the task progress, along with the overall status of release tasks at different stages of the release, and can be better prepared for the upcoming release tasks.

As a Release Manager, you can use this dashboard to understand the following business scenarios:

  • What are the open or pending tasks, and which of these tasks require immediate attention?
  • What are all the upcoming tasks, and is there any dependency that causes a delay, or any prioritization required?

This dashboard enables you to perform detailed analysis on the current release tasks that are open, and identify areas to focus on, to improve the overall release progress. Additionally, you can view detailed information about upcoming release tasks and ensure that there are no impediments to release.
