Advanced Analytics Tips and Troubleshooting
The Advanced Analytics Tips and Troubleshooting page provides answers to common questions about Digital.ai Testing Advanced Analytics dashboards, and how to get help.
Why does a value appear to be out of date?
Check the selected Time Period filter. Analytics dashboards refresh in near real time, so unexpected values are usually caused by the selected filters rather than delayed data updates.
Why don't the displayed times match what I expected?
All dates and times in Analytics are displayed in your local time zone, regardless of the time zone where the test execution or session occurred.
Why is no data displayed on a page or chart?
This typically means that the current filter combination does not match any available data. Clear one or more filters or adjust the filter criteria, then refresh the view.
A page or chart may display no data for either of the following reasons:
- No matching data — The query completed successfully, but no data is available for the selected filters. Clear one or more filters or adjust the filter criteria to view available data.
- Data unavailable — The data could not be retrieved. This may indicate a technical issue. If the problem persists, contact Digital.ai Support.
