Digital.ai Testing Support Matrix
Support Policy
Digital.ai Testing supports up to three major versions, including the current release and the two immediately preceding versions. For example, if the current version is 26.2, versions 26.1 and 25.12 would also be supported, while versions 25.x and earlier would not be supported.
- Older versions may continue to function but are not guaranteed to receive fixes or updates.
- Customers are encouraged to stay on a supported version to ensure stability and compatibility.
End of Support
When a new major version is released, the oldest supported version reaches End of Support. For example, when version 26.3 is released, version 25.12 will reach End of Support.
Customers are strongly encouraged to upgrade to a supported version to receive:
- Bug fixes
- Security updates
- New features
For End of Support versions:
- No bug fixes or enhancements are provided
- Security updates are not guaranteed
- Technical support is limited or unavailable
Release Cycle
Digital.ai Testing follows a regular release cadence that includes:
- Major releases that introduce new features, include bug fixes and enhancements every month
- Patch releases that include bug fixes and stability improvements as needed between major releases
