Support for Android 17 Beta
Digital.ai Testing now supports Android 17 Beta on real devices, enabling teams to validate application functionality and detect compatibility issues ahead of the official release.

Support for Samsung Galaxy S26 Series
Digital.ai Testing now supports the latest Samsung Galaxy S26 series. Teams can test Android applications on S26 devices using both manual and automated test sessions.

Cloud

Added a new Model Name column on the Devices page displaying the Android and iOS marketing model name (for example, Galaxy S24). The model name is also now included in the Get All Devices API response.

Enabled CORS support for WebSockets to also apply to REST API V1 requests.

Added User Tag visibility in the Users Usage and Users Statistics reports, allowing administrators to categorize and filter user data based on this value.

Reporter
- Fixed an issue where old files remained on disk even after their corresponding reports had been purged from the system.

Android Support
- Fixed an issue where the battery monitor was not working on Pixel and Samsung devices running Android 15 and above.
- Fixed an issue where an instrumented application would unexpectedly log out when returning from the background.
- Expanded the maximum video recording duration for Espresso tests from 3 minutes to 10 minutes to ensure more complete test reports.
- Added a
keepdataparameter to the Install application REST API, allowing users to retain existing application data when installing apps on Android devices.

iOS Support
- Resolved a crash that occurred during the authentication mocking process.
- Improved error messaging displayed when a provisioning profile is revoked. for more details, please visit here.

Appium Server
- Fixed a network connection timeout issue found in tests using Self Healing capabilities.
- Fixed an issue with mobile devices staying connected to the DHU/CarPlay Simulator after an Automotive test is finished, preventing the device from being used for standard tests.
Cloud Management and On-Premises Deployment
Release notes related to Cloud Management and On-Premises Deployment are published in On-Premises Cloud Management Release Notes.
This separation improves clarity for On-Premises cloud administrators and includes installation, platform support, and infrastructure-related changes.
Latest Browser and OS Version Support
Starting with version 26.2, the following operating systems will be out of digital.ai support:
- Android 7, 8.
