View Recent Changes from the Header

Track recent updates to work items across your projects from the header toolbar. See what changed, who made changes, and when they occurred. This is helpful when you cannot find an item you just added or want to verify your recent updates.

All active users track their recent edits, creations, and updates. Product Owners verify backlog changes, Team Members confirm status updates, and Administrators audit configuration changes.

What you see:

• Changes you personally made (not all team changes)
• Updates to work items, assignments, iteration schedules, and backlogs
• Typically covers last 30-90 days depending on system configuration

View your recent changes

1. In the header toolbar, click the My Recent Changes icon (activity icon) .
2. Click any item in the list to view more details in the corresponding window.

The list shows all your recent changes including updates to owners, iteration schedules, backlogs, and work item status.
