Login Issues - Cannot Login to Digital.ai Agility

This article explains how to resolve login issue related to Agility.

How to resolve the login issue where a users network account does not match their member account in Digital.ai Agility when using Active Directory authentication.

Error Message Received

"Digital.ai Agility recognized you as the user shown above, but does not have a corresponding member account configured for that user. Please contact your internal Digital.ai Agility administrator for further assistance."

What It Means

Generally, this error message indicates that there is a mismatch between your Digital.ai Agility user record and your network account when you are using Active Directory Authentication. Typically, when your network account does not match your user account in Digital.ai Agility.

To Resolve

Contact your internal Digital.ai Agility administrator to correct the mismatch between your network account and your Agility member account.

How to Identify Your Administrator

If you are unsure who your Digital.ai Agility administrator is, try these approaches:

  1. Check with your IT department. Your IT team typically manages system access and can identify administrators.
  2. Contact the person who set up your account. The person who initially created your Agility account or sent you login credentials may have admin access.
  3. Ask team members. Colleagues who use Agility may know who manages the system.
  4. Check internal documentation. Your organization may maintain a list of system owners or administrators.

For Team Members With Agility Access

If you can log in to Agility (or have a colleague who can), you can view members with administrative roles:

  1. Click the hamburger menu Hamburger icon Admin > Members.
  2. On the Members page, look for members with Admin Privileges roles such as:
    • System Administrator
    • Member Administrator
  3. Contact any member with these roles for assistance.

Ask Your Administrator to Update Your Member Account

Your administrator should:

  1. Click the hamburger menu Hamburger icon Admin > Members.
  2. Click Edit next to your member name.
  3. In the Member Details window, verify that your member account username matches your Active Directory network account.
  4. Update the member account to resolve the mismatch.
  5. Click Save.
