PlanningRooms Setup and Administration

This article explains how to setup Planning Rooms in Agility.

Overview​

You can configure individual PlanningRooms to show the portion of the product a team is responsible for planning by:

  • adding a room mascot
  • adding the members who participate in the planning
  • installing (or uninstalling) panels to focus in on the right data as appropriate

To configure a PlanningRoom, your project role must be set to "Project Admin" or higher.
