Editing a Backlog Item, Defect, or Request Template

This article explains how to edit a Backlog Item, Defect, or Request Template.

Overview​

Follow these steps to learn how to edit the details of a story or backlog item, defect, or request template.

Request templates are part of the Digital.ai Agility 21.3 release and are not available in older releases.

Steps​

  1. Click the hamburger menu Hamburger icon > Product > Templates.

  2. Select the template you want to edit, then select Edit from the Generate Backlog Item,Generate Defect, or Generate Request drop-down menu.

  3. Modify the template as necessary and click Save. The system saves your updates to the template.
