Closing a Portfolio Item in the Portfolio Tree

This article explains how to close a Portfolio item in the Portfolio tree.

Overview

Learn how to close a portfolio item from the Portfolio Tree.

Steps

1. click the hamburger icon > Portfolio > Planning > Portfolio Tree.
2. To the right of a portfolio item, select the Add Child Portfolio Item drop-down menu, and then click Close Portfolio Item.
3. Click Close Portfolio Item again when prompted.

Any open child items in a Portfolio Item will need to be closed or moved to a new portfolio item in order to close the selected portfolio item. You cannot close a portfolio item if it has open child items.
