Using the hamburger menu
This article explains how to use the hamburger menu in Agility.

Consolidated Process Menu
The hamburger menu
has been refined to provide a better view of planner activities while working at a certain company level or within a certain activity.
The Project Navigator is now aligned with the Process Menu. Each planner (Portfolio, Product, Release, and Team) is driven by a project. You can carry out tasks in each of the planner for a selected project.
Rooms
The Rooms section provides access to your TeamRooms, PlanningRooms, and the My Room section.
You can use the My Room menu option from the sidebar to track all your work such as your inbox, timesheets, subscriptions, saved filters, and so on.
To access My Room, click the hamburger icon
> Rooms > My Room.
Portfolio
The Portfolio option allows you to plan and track all activities in the portfolio-level, such as planning and prioritizing portfolio items, planning your roadmaps, budgets, and strategic themes, tracking all your projects, plan and track your Kanban board, and track cross-organization sprint activities through the Value Stream board.
Product
The Product option lets you plan and track your product backlog, backlog goals, tests, issues or roadblocks, import a backlog (from Excel sheets) and so on. You can logically group your backlog items for better tracking purposes. You can also use this menu option to visualize and dependencies across many portfolio items.
Release
The Release option allows you to plan and track all the release-level activities such as release scheduling and forecasting, regression planning, understanding a team's workload, and determine any cross-team feature dependencies. You can this option to also track your product deliveries using Digital.ai Continuum. However, you should have the corresponding Digital.ai Continuum license to avail this capability.
Sprint
The Sprint section lets you plan and track all team-level tasks such as Sprint planning, tracking, and review. Using this option you can do the following:
- Plan and schedule a sprint's work items and team members assigned to each of the work items
- Log any issues such as roadblocks and dependencies
- Define the team's workload based on capacity
- Track all sprint tasks by using appropriate boards (Storyboard, Taskboard, Testboard)
- At the end of a sprint, review all the work items and arrive at a logical closure of a sprint
- Conduct retrospectives
Reports
Digital.aiAgility reports give you direct access into program, release, sprint or iteration, and team health and progress in a central location. You can use this information to make decisions to ensure that projects are on track. You can access the corresponding reports from any page in Digital.aiAgility.
Analytics
Digital.aiAgility Analytics is a business intelligence tool that provides Ultimate edition customers reporting options above those offered in the core product. You can use this option to create analytical dashboards for a project or a program, use Analytical Grids to logically group data and values to get insightful charts that can be shared.
Collaboration
As your team begins working, you can use any of the collaboration features in Digital.aiAgility to stay in tune with what's going on. You can create communities to discuss and share content around common best practices, troubleshooting scenarios, and so on.
Admin
The Admin menu allows you to configure various aspects of Digital.aiAgility such as the following:
- System configurations - Tags, terminology, transitions, and so on
- Project configurations - Sprint schedules, member roles, and so on
- Member configurations - Team members, guest collaborators, and so on
- Teams configurations
- Asset customizations - Custom fields, project workspace asset, and so on
- List Types - Backlog, Portfolio item, Task, Test, and so on
- Extension - SMTP and Webhooks
- DevOps - Digital.ai Continuum, CommitStream, and DeliveryStream
- Ideas - Legal, branding, and email
You can also configure user account settings.
