Saved Views in OKRs

Saved Views preserve specific filter selections and column configurations, allowing you to quickly switch between commonly used perspectives without reapplying filters and reconfiguring columns each time.

Understanding Saved Views

A saved view stores:

  • Filter selections
  • Column configuration
  • View name and metadata

Default view: No filters applied, default columns displayed

Changed state: Any deviation from the default view, such as filters applied or column configuration modified

Create a Saved View

The Save view option appears when your current filter configuration differs from the default or from a currently applied saved view.

  1. Click the hamburger menu Hamburger icon > OKRs.
  2. Apply filters as needed.
  3. Configure columns by clicking the Customize Columns icon and selecting your preferred columns (optional).
  4. Click Save as new view when it appears in the toolbar.
  5. In the Save view dialog, enter a name for your view.
  6. Click Save.

Result: Your view is saved with both your filter selections and column configuration, and appears in the Saved views dropdown for quick access.

tip

When you modify column configuration, a Column configuration chip displays in the toolbar showing the count of selected columns (for example, "8/19 selected"). Your column selections are automatically included when you save the view.

Update an Existing View

  1. Select a saved view from the Saved views dropdown.
  2. Make changes to filters or column configuration.
  3. Click Save view to update the current view, or Save as new view to create a separate view.

  1. Click the hamburger menu Hamburger icon > OKRs.
  2. Click the Saved views dropdown.

    • Delete: Click the delete icon to remove the view.
  5. Click Close when finished.
tip

Duplicate views when you want to create variations of an existing configuration without modifying the original view.

Share a Saved View

Generate a shareable link to a saved view so others can apply the same configuration.

  1. Click the Saved views dropdown, and select Manage views.
  2. Click the share icon next to the view you want to share.
  3. In the Share view dialog:
    • View the applied filters
    • Copy the shareable link
  4. Share the link with team members.

Result: Recipients with Agility access can click the link to apply the same filter configuration to their OKRs list.

note

Recipients must have appropriate access to Agility and OKRs to use shared view links.

Clear All Filters and Column Configuration

Reset the OKRs list to the default view by clearing all applied filters and column configuration.

  1. Click the hamburger menu Hamburger icon > OKRs.
  2. Click Clear All in the toolbar.

Result: All filters are removed, column configuration is reset to default, and the OKRs list returns to the default view.

Best Practices

  • Create saved views for common workflows (e.g., "My Active OKRs", "Team Q1 Objectives", "High Priority Items")
  • Use descriptive names to easily identify view purposes
  • Duplicate and modify existing views for similar configurations rather than creating from scratch
  • Share views with team members to maintain consistent reporting perspectives
  • Regularly review and delete unused views to keep your list manageable
