Feature Guidance

You may see alerts about helpful features and general notices about new releases or announcements. This guidance is based on each member's usage and requires anonymous usage tracking.

On-site customers can disable feature guidance and anonymous usage tracking when the system is used in a secure environment without internet access.

System Administrators can disable feature guidance system-wide during installation or through the Admin menu. On-premises customers may need to disable anonymous usage tracking for security compliance. When enabled, all users benefit from contextual feature alerts.

Permission required: System Administrator role to access Hamburger icon > Admin > System.

Disable feature guidance

System Administrators can disable feature guidance either during install or upgrade, or through the application menu:

  1. Click the hamburger menu Hamburger icon > Admin > System.
  2. Locate the Enable Features section.
  3. Clear the feature guidance option.
  4. Click Save.
