How to Enable or Disable Release Planning

Agility now provides administrators with a direct way to manage the visibility of the Release Planning feature. The new Release Planning feature ensures that only users with Administrator Privileges can activate or deactivate the Release Planning view, maintaining governance over its introduction and usage.

  1. Log in to Agility, click the hamburger menu > Admin > System.

  2. In the Enable Features section, look for Release Planning.

  3. Select the Release Planning checkbox and Click Save.

    The Release Planning option is now available as part of the Admin menu.

  4. To disable the option clear the Release Planning check box and click Save.

    The Release Planning option is removed from the Admin menu.

User Permissions

This table defines the user permissions for managing releases and value streams, showing who has the authority to create, edit, or delete these items.
