Basic Navigation

Learn the three primary navigation tools you'll use to move around Agility: the hamburger menu for accessing features, the header toolbar for quick actions, and the planning level selector for filtering your data.

Hamburger Menu​

The hamburger menu in the top-left corner is your main navigation hub. It provides access to all major features and sections including Rooms, OKRs, Portfolio, Product, Increment, Iteration, Release Planning, Reports, Analytics, Collaboration, Quickstart, Help, About Agility, and Admin. Use this menu to navigate between different areas of Agility.

Header Toolbar​

The header toolbar appears at the top of every page and provides quick access to frequently used tools. Use it to create work items, search, view notifications, access your profile, and get help without leaving your current page. This is your shortcut to common actions.

Planning Level Selector​

The planning level selector (also called Context Navigator or Project Navigator) lets you switch between projects, releases, and iterations. Your selection filters what data appears throughout the entire system, affecting grids, boards, reports, and visualizations. Understanding how to use this selector is essential for seeing the right data.
