Agility Version 26.2 Point Release 3

Overview

Enhancements and bug fixes in Digital.ai Agility.

Enhancements

  • View and manage requests as cards on the Request Board, available from the main menu and as a PlanningRoom panel

Request Board

Requests are now available as a board in addition to the list view. The Request Board displays each request as a card in a column based on its status, so you can see where every request stands in your intake workflow and move it forward without leaving the board.

What changed:

  • Open the board from the hamburger menu > Product > Request Board.
  • Columns are based on request status. Drag a card to another column to update the status of the request, or to another position in the same column to change its ranking.
  • Add a request directly from the board. Click the plus sign at the bottom of a column to create a request with that column's status.
  • Each card displays an icon based on the value of the request's category field, so you can identify the kind of request at a glance.
  • Card actions match the request list, including edit, generate a story, portfolio item, defect, or issue, copy, close, delete, and watch.
  • Filters match the request list, including Include Closed Items to display closed requests on the board.
  • Customize options control the card count in column headers, dot colors, and the fields shown on cards.
  • Group cards into rows by Resolution, Source, Priority, Type, or a custom dropdown field defined for requests.
  • Board policies record the working agreements your team follows for the board, such as what qualifies a request to move into each status. Enter them in the customize options, and open them from the policies icon on the board.
  • Install the Request Board as a panel in a PlanningRoom to use the same board and options during planning discussions.

Teams that triage incoming requests can review the queue visually, prioritize by dragging cards, and generate backlog items from an approved request in the same view.

For more information, see Request Board.
