Enhancements
- Data Mart data retention automatically deletes historical data based on the configured retention period.
Data Mart Data Retention
Data Mart now automatically deletes historical data based on the configured retention period. This feature helps manage storage costs by removing unnecessary historical data while maintaining compliance with data retention policies.
How it works: The system automatically removes historical data from Data Mart tables based on the DataRetentionMonths configuration setting. The retention period is configured in the system configuration file and applies on a rolling basis.
Retention periods:
- 37 months for Pro customers
- 61 months for Premium customers
Configuration: Administrators configure the retention period using the DataRetentionMonths key in the configuration file. The system applies this setting automatically to delete data older than the specified number of months.
This feature applies to both hosted and self-hosted deployments.
Fixes
Team Room List View Export Performance
Resolved timeout issues when exporting data from the Team Room list view with title string filters. Excel exports now complete within expected response times.
